Dara Cosmetic

This vibrant commercial building showcases a bold and contemporary design, ideal for a retail or multi-tenant space. The structure features a dark grey exterior shell, providing a striking contrast to the eye-catching fuchsia and pink illuminated signage and facade elements that wrap around a prominent corner. Large glass storefronts along the ground floor invite natural light and offer clear views into the interior, while a flat roof maintains a sleek profile. Prominent vertical signs display tenant logos, and a dedicated parking area is visible in front. The overall design emphasizes modern aesthetics and strong brand visibility, making it highly attractive for commercial ventures.

CMU Aquaculture EXPO Layout Design

This comprehensive overhead layout illustrates a versatile commercial and leisure complex, meticulously designed to integrate various functions within a single expansive site. The plan showcases multiple distinct zones, including areas designated for "Product, Outlet, Office, and Market," suggesting a retail and business hub. A "Restaurant, Cafe" area is also visible, indicating dining facilities. The design incorporates an "Animal Farm" section and an "Aquarium," highlighting family-friendly and entertainment offerings.
